- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly, directing them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly.
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards at all times.
- Support guest relations efforts by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest interactions.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is preferred.
- Experience with night audit procedures or hotel accounting is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a resort or hospitality environment.
