Motel Receptionist
Four Seasons Inn (formerly the Blue Fountain Motel) is seeking a friendly, honest, and reliable Motel Receptionist for evening shifts. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and answering guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a welcoming and courteous manner
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Maintain records and manage daily reports
- Resolve guest complaints or direct them to the appropriate manager
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and security during shifts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (experience with booking software a plus)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a vigorous background check
