Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, take messages, and provide information.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
