Duties

- Handle guest inquiries with clear communication, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Assist guests with room assignments, billing questions, and special requests to enhance their stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Maintain guest records, manage reservations, and update booking information promptly

Skills
- Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred (not required)
- Basic computer skills (experience with PEP is a plus)

- Familiarity with guest services practices, including concierge duties and guest relations management
