Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of all housekeeping areas to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are met consistently
- Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, providing training on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
- Ensure adherence to industrial and commercial cleaning protocols, including janitorial and laundry services
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and sanitation policies to prevent hazards and promote a safe working environment
- Manage cleaning schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and oversee daily operations for optimal team performance
- Conduct regular audits of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure proper usage and maintenance

Skills
