Group Reservations Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Group Reservations Coordinator to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing group reservations, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with hospitality reservation systems, particularly OPERA, and possess strong problem-solving skills to address client needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their group reservation requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage and coordinate group bookings using hospitality reservation systems, with a focus on OPERA.
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of reservation details within the system to facilitate smooth operations.
• Address and resolve customer service issues promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all group reservations are executed flawlessly from initial inquiry through post-stay follow-up.
• Monitor reservation schedules and update clients regularly on booking statuses or changes.
• Assist in developing and implementing reservation policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Skills

• Proven experience working with hospitality reservation systems, especially OPERA.
• Strong client communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple reservations simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments for optimal guest experiences.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
