We are looking for a Maintenance Worker who understands that their work directly impacts the safety, stability, and healing of the young people who live here.
What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Worker, you will help ensure that our campus remains safe, functional, and restorative for both youth and staff.
This includes:
· Completing work orders and preventative maintenance across campus
· Performing minor electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
· Maintaining smoke detectors, emergency lighting, and safety systems
· Installing and maintaining cooling systems (AC/swamp coolers)
· Repairing flooring, roofing, and general building structures
· Supporting grounds maintenance and irrigation systems
· Assisting with facility improvements and new construction projects
· Ensuring all work meets safety and operational standards

Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Experience in general maintenance, construction, or facilities preferred
· Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
· Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building systems
Compensation & Benefits
· Starting pay: $27/hour
· Medical insurance eligible the 1st of the month following hire
· Full benefits package available after 90 days
· 401(k) with up to 6% match after 1 year
· Paid Time Off (PTO) accrues immediately
· Stable, full-time schedule
