Our Coach Counselors are the heart of that work.
They are the consistent presence. The safe adult. The ones who show up — again and again — in the moments that matter most.
Day in the Life
As a Coach Counselor, you provide 24/7 care, supervision, and support for youth as they navigate their healing journey.
This includes:
· Creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment
· Providing direct supervision and engagement throughout shifts
· Monitoring, documenting, and responding to behaviors and emotional needs
· Supporting youth through daily routines, transitions, and challenges
· Participating in educational, recreational, and therapeutic activities
· Working alongside clinical and program staff to support individualized treatment goals
· Using trauma-informed approaches to guide interactions and de-escalate situations

What This Role Requires

Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Experience working with youth, behavioral health, or residential settings preferred
· Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Schedule
We currently have overnight shifts available:
· Sunday–Wednesday (7:00 PM – 8:00 AM) (includes every other Wednesday)
· Wednesday–Saturday (7:00 PM – 8:00 AM) (includes every other Wednesday)
Compensation & Benefits
· Starting pay: $23/hour (includes guaranteed overtime every pay period)
· $1,000 sign-on bonus
· Medical insurance eligible the 1st of the month following hire
· Full benefits package available after 90 days
· 401(k) with up to 6% match after 1 year
· Paid Time Off (PTO) accrues immediately
