How You’ll Make An Impact
- Review RFQs and opportunities from Salesforce and assess requirements
- Lead preparation of bids, quotations, and cost models
- Coordinate with engineering, legal, and sales teams to compile proposals
- Analyze technical specifications and develop pricing strategies
- Manage risk reviews and approvals throughout the bid process
- Ensure timely, accurate, and well-documented bid submissions
- Support negotiations and follow up on bid outcomes
- Process awarded orders and transition projects to delivery teams
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and or engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, marketing, or project-related roles
- Knowledge of transformers or power delivery equipment is an advantage
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Power BI
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and commercial requirements
