You'll prepare technical presentations, craft solutionfocused documentation, and provide essential engineering insight that strengthens customer relationships and drives longterm success.

How You'll Make an Impact
Collaborate with product management and business development to shape application strategies.
Support sales teams through technical training, presentations, and solution expertise.
Provide consultative engineering support to production and operations teams.
Develop and promote effective tools, equipment, and methods for transformer components.
Lead advanced engineering assignments using innovative techniques.
Drive improvements that elevate customer satisfaction and product acceptance.
Coordinate testing, manufacturing, and installation activities.
Serve as a technical liaison for internal teams and external customers.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in transformer components or related engineering.
Strong knowledge of design, manufacturing, and testing processes.
Proven ability to manage complex technical projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience providing customerfacing technical support is a plus.
