How You’ll Make An Impact
- Build and refine demand forecasts using data, trends, and stakeholder input
- Balance inventory levels to meet customer needs while managing cost and risk
- Coordinate supply plans across production, procurement, logistics, and sales
- Track planning and fulfillment KPIs and drive improvement actions
- Use ERP and supply chain systems to manage orders and inventory
- Resolve supply chain disruptions with a focus on delivery reliability
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lead-time reduction efforts
- Prepare performance updates and insights for stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in planning, inventory, or supply chain roles
- Experience working with ERP and supply chain management systems
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and trends
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
- Knowledge of forecasting and inventory optimization practices
