What are the responsibilities and job description for the Org PMO Transformation Reporting and Automation Lead, VP (Hybrid) position at Hispanic Technology Executive Council?
The Institutional Clients Group Operations and Technology Organizational Program Management Office (ICG O&T OPMO) Transformation Program Manager will be part of the ICG O&T OPMO organization's Transformation Governance & Oversight team, and ICG Tech Transformation Central Team. The ICG OPMO Transformation Governance & Oversight group is responsible for providing oversight, standards, and central reporting for delivery of ICG Technology's regulatory remediation and cross-sector work efforts across the Transformation book of work, ensuring it is executed in an efficient, effective, and controlled manner.
The ICG O&T Organization Program Management Office (OPMO) has oversight of program and project management governance for all ICG O&T functions. The ICG O&T OPMO has an opening for a Senior Reporting and Automation Lead aligned to Citi's Transformation Program. The candidate will integrate subject matter and industry expertise and apply analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. The candidate will also actively interface with the ICG O&T Lines of Business as well as with the broader OPMO team.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the Transformation reporting team and Support ICG O&T Transformation Project Management community by addressing their reporting needs.
- Identify automation opportunities using Tableau, Knime, Python or other Citi approved technologies.
- Take an active role in improving Transformation Book of Work reporting activities by recommending and implementing reporting improvements.
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with the ICG Technology Function PMOs, Program Group Managers and Business Unit Managers and act as a trusted advisor.
- Maintain an updated inventory of all reports and reporting processes and conduct regular checkpoints with the stakeholders and adjust the reporting inventory based on their feedback.
- Analyze reports to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to the management of Transformation book of work.
- Escalate program risks to the proper level of management per documented escalation protocols.
- Perform daily reporting activities including Senior Executive Reporting.
- Act as a point of contact and liaison between reporting team and senior stakeholders.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and trend identification
- Strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility and business savvy to navigate a complex, highly matrixed organization.
- Advanced MS Office user (Excel, Access, Powerpoint)
- Tableau
- Possess excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Education
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- Program/Project Management Certification is a plus
- Experience with Knime or Python is a plus
