About The Role

Myticas Consulting is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to support a direct enterprise client in Coppell, TX. In this hybrid W2 contract role, you will be the key link between customers, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams, driving the end-to-end delivery of software products.

You will translate strategic product vision into actionable work for development teams, lead Agile ceremonies, and collaborate closely with UX and technical teams to build customer-centric, high-impact software solutions. This is an opportunity to shape roadmaps, influence product strategy, and deliver features used by a wide range of business users.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of product vision, target customer segments, and long-term priorities, ensuring alignment with senior leadership and stakeholders
• Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, implementation, training, and support to gather insights, align priorities, and drive successful product launches
• Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with UX and development teams to validate solutions and refine concepts and prototypes throughout the lifecycle
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and detailed acceptance criteria; manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, ensuring outcomes align with business and customer objectives
• Maintain and evolve multi-quarter product roadmaps, coordinating with project and product managers to manage dependencies and adjust plans as needed
• Monitor product performance and KPIs, using insights to inform prioritization and continuous product improvement
• Proactively manage cross-functional risks and dependencies, driving alignment and continuous improvement across teams
  
  

Requirements

• Must be based within daily commuting distance of Coppell, Texas, and able to work in a hybrid on-site role
• 5 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Senior Technical Product Manager
• 3 years of product management experience for software products
• Proven, hands-on experience applying Agile Scrum methodologies in a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager role
• Practical experience across the software development lifecycle, including backlog management, user story writing, and iterative release planning
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with UX and engineering/technical teams on user research, solution design, and validation
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Product management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS or Tax & Accounting domains, or experience working in a CPA firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field
• Experience leveraging data and customer insights (e.g., analytics, customer research) to drive product strategy and prioritization
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision, align priorities, and deliver multi-quarter product roadmaps
• Strength in strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and communicating complex technical concepts in business terms
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
