Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Masker with at least 2 years of experience in masking and unmasking parts for painting or selective plating. Responsibilities include reading blueprints and work instructions to determine proper masking procedures, applying masking tape, wax, paint, and protective devices, and using hand tools (scissors, knives, punches, brushes) to cut or remove masking materials. The role also involves removing coatings after processing, performing touch-up work, and ensuring all work meets blueprint and quality specifications.
Additional Duties:
- Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Training and actual work will be on 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM).
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and written/verbal instructions.
- Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
