Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support professional-level hiring across the organisation. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing methods
- Research and develop targeted call lists; conduct direct cold calls to proactively engage top-tier talent
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective search strategies
- Screen CVs and manage candidate distribution and tracking
- Conduct initial phone interviews and recommend qualified candidates for next steps
- Maintain consistent follow-up with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process
- Extend offers and manage candidate closing activities
Required Qualifications
- Proven recruiting experience supporting professional-level roles
- Strong experience with proactive sourcing and pipeline development
- Ability to conduct effective CV reviews and phone interviews
- Experience working closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfil hiring needs
- Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using creative or non-traditional sourcing strategies
- Background recruiting in fast-paced or high-volume environments
