Job Summary

Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support professional-level hiring across the organisation. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing methods
• Research and develop targeted call lists; conduct direct cold calls to proactively engage top-tier talent
• Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective search strategies
• Screen CVs and manage candidate distribution and tracking
• Conduct initial phone interviews and recommend qualified candidates for next steps
• Maintain consistent follow-up with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process
• Extend offers and manage candidate closing activities

Required Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience supporting professional-level roles
• Strong experience with proactive sourcing and pipeline development
• Ability to conduct effective CV reviews and phone interviews
• Experience working closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfil hiring needs
• Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using creative or non-traditional sourcing strategies
• Background recruiting in fast-paced or high-volume environments
