Job Title: Recruiter

Location: El Paso, TX (100% Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Schedule: This role will be 100% onsite M-F standard work hours

Interviews: Hiring Manager will want to conduct a TEAMS video interview and follow up face to face if selected for a second interview.

Job Description:

• Looking for someone with recruiting experience focused on Professional roles.
• Recruiters have responsibility for building a pipeline of candidates through a variety of sources.
• This will include researching and building call lists to make direct cold calls so that the organization is proactively recruiting A-level candidates.
• In this position, you will be expected to use knowledge of the Company and position requirements to identify qualified candidates through resume screening and phone interviews and refer only those qualified managers.
• The recruiter will maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to fully understand their needs to ensure an efficient and effective interviewing and selection process.

Must Have:

• Previous experience as recruiter.
• Previous experience in work with hiring managers to develop a search strategy for open positions
• Previous experience in resume screening, distribution, and tracking
• Previous experience in conducting phone interviews and recommending next steps to manager
• Previous experience in closely follow-up interviews with hiring managers and candidates
