We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to support plant operations and workforce management in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with Production Supervisors, union representatives, and hourly employees to drive engagement, ensure compliance with labor agreements, and maintain smooth day‑to‑day HR operations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct new hire orientations and track completion of required training
- Partner with Production Supervisors to process production paperwork and support investigations
- Assist with attendance tracking, discipline processes, and grievance or complaint research
- Maintain labor relations by accurately scheduling employees in accordance with collective bargaining agreements
- Process timecards and support payroll‑related activities
- Prepare and report on HR and operational metrics
- Maintain and update confidential personnel records, employment data, and HR documentation
- Provide on‑site support to plant employees, addressing HR‑related inquiries and needs
- Assist with plant initiatives, events, and HR projects as required
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with plant teams
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Customer service mindset with a commitment to supporting business and employee needs
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing or plant environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience working in a unionized environment or with labor agreements
- Familiarity with scheduling, timekeeping, and workforce planning processes
