Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a global transformation team in a hybrid role based in Memphis, TN. This position supports large-scale initiatives focused on process improvement, project governance, and emerging technology adoption. You will work cross-functionally to drive impactful change across global finance and shared services operations while contributing to high-visibility programs.
Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting current and future state processes, and tracking implementation progress.
- Assist in building and maintaining project plans, including deliverables, timelines, financials, risks, and action items.
- Manage and document the full project lifecycle: intake, planning, execution, testing, change management, governance, and post-implementation support.
- Maintain project artifacts such as trackers, status updates, meeting materials, process documentation, and decision logs.
- Ensure integrity and organization of project documentation using SharePoint and related tools.
- Support AI platform initiatives including testing, use case documentation, training materials, and adoption tracking.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improved execution.
- Prepare leadership updates, dashboards, presentations, and steering committee materials.
- Track, escalate, and monitor project risks and issues in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in a business analyst, project coordinator, or similar role within a complex organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project documentation, process mapping, and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with SharePoint or similar collaboration and document management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting transformation, shared services, or finance-related projects.
- Exposure to AI platform testing, use case development, or technology adoption initiatives.
- Familiarity with program governance frameworks, risk management, and change management principles.
- Experience creating dashboards, status reports, and executive presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
