Job Title: Change Management Specialist (Hybrid)

Payrate: $60/hr. on W2
Duration: 12-month contract

Role Overview
We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to support organizational change initiatives. This role focuses on helping teams adapt to new processes, systems, and ways of working through effective planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management plans
- Assess the impact of changes on employees and processes
- Engage stakeholders and drive adoption
- Create communication materials (emails, presentations, FAQs)
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops
- Identify risks and manage resistance to change
- Support implementation and provide ongoing guidance
- Track progress and report outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in change management (consulting/contract roles preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of change management methodologies
- Project management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within teams
Salary : $60 - $65
