Overview
This role supports a large, multi‐year Customer Information System (CIS) Modernisation programme for a leading organisation. The project is transforming billing and customer‐facing systems across multiple operating companies. The position plays a key role in supporting regulatory compliance, discovery efforts, and new process design as systems and business practices evolve.
Responsibilities:
- Support regulatory, legal, and tariff‐related research to understand impacts of system and process changes.
- Respond to regulatory and discovery questions from operating companies.
- Participate in daily stand‐ups, work sessions, blueprinting, and design workshops.
- Assist with new process design and documentation during implementation phases.
- Analyse existing policies and procedures, identify gaps, and support recommendations for updates.
- Monitor compliance practices and assist with risk assessments.
- Gather and analyse data to support compliance reviews and project decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross‐functional and cross‐vendor teams in a fast‐moving transformation environment.
- Contribute to the development of new compliance systems, tools, and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Understanding of regulatory, legal, and tariff concepts.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem‐solving skills.
- Experience supporting large transformation or system implementation projects.
- Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at multiple organisational levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments.
- Background in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline.
- Experience working within large, complex organisations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Utilities industry experience.
- Experience with system modernisation or CIS transformation projects.
- Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce.
- Experience using Confluence and Jira.
- Change management mindset and long‐term project engagement experience.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Highly collaborative, cross‐functional team culture.
- Office‐based role with a hybrid collaboration model.
- Onsite work Tuesday–Thursday as project needs require.
- Teams may meet in locations including Minneapolis and Denver.
- Standard full‐time schedule, 40 hours per week.
- Core hours approximately 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with daily stand‐ups required.
