The Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead Change Strategy and Planning
- Develop and own the change strategy for large enterprise initiatives, including change impact assessments, stakeholder assessments, and change plans
- Partner with Program Managers to conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and integrate change risks and mitigations into Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) logs
- Identify behavior, process, and role changes required to support adoption
- Develop risk escalation process, demonstrating influence without authority in driving risk mitigation
- Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment
- Partner with Product Leads, Business Sponsors, and initiative leadership to understand vision, desired outcomes, and expected impacts
- Establish and lead a cross-functional change team including Communications, Learning and Development, Program Managers, Business Sponsors, and People and Culture Business Partners
- Establish and activate change networks and champion communities
- Adoption and Change Readiness
- Engage with project team on change readiness assessments, communication content, training requirements, and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate across Communications and Learning and Development to ensure timely delivery of learning and change interventions
- Track and report adoption insights and readiness metrics
- Risk Identification and Resolution
- Identify people-related risks early and recommend mitigation activities
- Escalate critical adoption barriers to leadership and key stakeholders
- Ensure hypercare adoption support and sustainment plans as needed
- Enterprise Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Partner with Learning and Development to create and deliver training on change tools and change methodology
- Recommend enhancements to change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Ensure skill adoption and upskilling for critical change partners on change management tools and methodologies
- 8-10 years of experience required in change management, human resources, or organizational development
- Experience leading change within large, complex organizations
- 4-year degree required or equivalent work experience; Change Management Certifications preferred; Master's degree preferred
- Experience partnering in matrix environments with People and Culture/HR, Program Management, and Senior/Executive leadership
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across executive teams and cross-functional teams
- Deep experience with change management frameworks, impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, operating model design, and communication planning
- Ability to work within complex initiatives, understand dependencies, and support program-level goals
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and facilitating alignment across stakeholders
- Ability to translate business objectives and transformation goals into people-centered change strategies
- Ability to advocates for all changes and drive adoption of new processes

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
