What You’ll Do:
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Advise clients on complex estate, tax, and wealth transfer strategies.
- Implement asset protection structures, including LLCs and specialized trusts.
- Develop charitable giving strategies and advanced trust structures.
- Present at seminars, webinars, and educational events to build client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients’ advisors and internal teams to deliver comprehensive planning solutions.
Experience You’ll Need:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Significant experience in estate planning and wealth transfer strategies.
- Strong drafting experience with complex estate and financial documents.
- Experience with client relationship management and advisory work.
- Elder law, trust administration, or tax planning experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and interest in firm growth/partnership track.
