- Draft wills, revocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, HIPAA releases.
- Advise clients on complex estate planning, tax-efficient wealth transfer, and asset protection.
- Establish and administer trusts, LLCs, family & life insurance trusts, and charitable giving strategies.
- Minimize income, gift, and estate taxes and advise on MA/federal estate administration.
- Present at seminars, webinars, workshops, and other educational events.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- 5 years of experience in estate planning; elder law a plus.
- Strong client-facing skills with long-term relationship-building ability.
- Leadership and management skills with growth and partnership aspirations.
- Exceptional drafting, review, and efficiency with estate planning and financial documents.
