Role- Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
Location - Miami Lakes, Florida
A fast-growing personal injury firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2 years of PI experience to manage the full lifecycle of serious injury cases. The attorney will focus on high-level legal work, supported by a dedicated administrative and litigation team.
Responsibilities:
• Handle PI litigation from intake to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and negotiations
• Develop litigation strategies and prepare cases for trial
Requirements:
• 2 years personal injury litigation experience (required)
• JD from ABA-accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar license
• Strong communication, organization, and case-valuation skills
Salary: $95K–$160K Depending on Experience
