What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Vice President of Operations position at HIRESIGMA?
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee operational performance of a regional portfolio of hotels
- Partner with General Managers to drive execution of company strategy
- Ensure compliance with brand standards across multiple hotel brands
- Analyze financial performance including RevPAR, GOP, and P&L statements
- Conduct regular property visits and operational audits
- Drive profitability improvements and cost optimization initiatives
- Mentor and develop General Managers and leadership teams
- Ensure high guest satisfaction and service quality standards
- Support renovations, capital projects, and property improvement plans
- Enforce company SOPs and operational consistency
Experience You Will Need
- 10 years of progressive hotel operations experience
- Multi-brand experience (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG required)
- Minimum 3 years as a General Manager with a major brand
- Strong exposure to both full-service and select-service hotels
- Proven track record of improving financial and operational performance
- Experience managing multiple properties simultaneously
- Strong leadership, team development, and client-facing skills
