Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from college or university; Master's degree in EHS subject area or MBA, or experience in leading manufacturing operations requiring knowledge of EHS regulatory requirements.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or other EHS-related certification preferred.
- 10 years EHS experience with 5 years' direct supervisory experience or leadership equivalent in influencing EHS culture and compliance initiatives.
- Experience working in a LEAN or continual improvement environment and ability to apply continual improvement concepts to EHS excellence.
- International experience preferred.
- Experience managing Field Sales and fleet safety programs is ideal.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus but not required.
