What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Supervisor position at HIRESIGMA?
At least 8 years of experience as a Site Superintendent or Project Manager in commercial construction.
Experience with commercial ground-up and renovation projects.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, inspections, building codes (NJ & PA), and OSHA safety rules.
Ability to work well in a structured team environment.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings, including structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and civil plans
Comfortable using Microsoft Office for reports, schedules, and documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues early.
Ability to manage multiple job sites at the same time.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Must be able to pass respirator fit testing.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Must have a clean driving record.
