A leading Am Law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate (2 years) to join its Labor & Employment team in Philadelphia.


Role Highlights

  • Handle NLRB unfair labor practice and employment matters.
  • Support collective bargaining & union avoidance
  • Exposure to wage & hour class/collective actions (plus)


Requirements

  • 2 years of labor & employment experience
  • Strong academics & excellent writing skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-office environment


Compensation

  • $225,000 – $290,000 base salary


Work Model

  • Hybrid: 3 days in-office
