A highly respected Philadelphia and New York based law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join its growing private client practice. Key Responsibilities
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning, trust formation, and wealth transfer strategies
- Draft and administer complex trusts, wills, and related estate planning documents
- Handle estate and trust administration matters
- Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, tax, and real estate practices as needed
- Participate in business development efforts with institutional support and mentorship
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Pennsylvania or New York bar admission (or ability to waive in)
- Experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, and/or trust and estate administration
- Strong drafting, analytical, and client-facing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice growth (existing book of business welcomed but not required)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time, hybrid
- Salary range: $190,000-$245,000 annually performance bonuses
