A growing transactional practice is seeking a Private Equity & Venture Capital Funds Attorney with strong experience in PE, VC, and real estate fund formation. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and structure PE, VC, and real estate funds
- Draft and negotiate LPAs, subscription agreements, PPMs, and side letters
- Advise on fund economics, waterfalls, carry, and regulatory matters
- Collaborate directly with GPs, LPs, and emerging managers

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $210,000 – $265,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
