Established mid-sized law firm is hiring an Attorney to join their midtown Manhattan office.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years of New York City land use and zoning law experience
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Developer representation experience, strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Salary: $250K - $275K commensurate with experiences plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K, PTO, profit sharing & more
