As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
• Handling trials and motions
• Conducting Discovery
• Legal Research, Brief Writing, Drafting
To excel in this role, you'll need:
• New Jersey Bar admission
• Minimum three years of experience in Family Law
• Proactive and independent work ethic
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases for our BUSY firm
• Willingness to travel throughout NJ for court appearances
