Duties

• Represent government officials, municipalities, and public-sector clients in civil rights, employment, and general litigation matters.

• Prepare legal research, memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals on litigation strategy and case management.

• Communicate with clients regarding case developments and legal issues.

• Participate in litigation proceedings and support matters through resolution.

• Contribute to practice development through client service and professional engagement.

• Participate in mentoring and professional development initiatives.

• Manage multiple litigation matters while maintaining high-quality legal work.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of legal experience in civil rights, employment, municipal, or related litigation.
