A law firm is seeking a Junior Real Estate Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of real estate experience to support a commercial real estate practice focused exclusively on retail real estate. Duties

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases for landlords and tenants.

• Prepare purchase and sale agreements for buyers and sellers.

• Draft and review reciprocal easement agreements.

• Communicate with clients and other transaction participants.
