Position : Labor & Employment Associate
Location : Philadelphia
Salary range : $225,000 – $290,000 base salary
An Am Law firm is seeking a partner-track Labor & Employment Associate to join its team in Philadelphia.
Responsibilities:
- Handle traditional labor law matters including labor arbitrations.
- Represent clients before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in unfair labor practice charges
- Support collective bargaining negotiations and union avoidance strategies
- Collaborate across offices on complex labor and employment matters
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in traditional labor law and employment law
- Strong experience with NLRB proceedings and labor arbitrations
- Wage & hour class/collective action experience (especially with unionized employees) is a plus
- Strong academics and excellent writing skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-office environment
Work Model:
- Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office per week)
