Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a range of commercial real estate transactions
- Draft and negotiate purchase & sale agreements, lease agreements, and financing documents
- Assist with transactions involving land use approvals, entitlements, and related contingencies
- Work closely with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders throughout deal lifecycle
Qualifications:
- 3 years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across core real estate documents
- Experience with land use and zoning matters is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials, writing skills, and attention to detail
