Civil Site Designer
We have an opportunity for a Civil Site Designer to join a top-ranked engineering firm, working on residential subdivisions, commercial sites, and a range of civil development projects. It’s a great chance to gain hands-on design experience and build a rewarding, long-term career.
Responsibilities:
- Develop site design plans including layout, grading, storm drainage, water and sanitary sewer systems; produce mass grading plans, roadway grades, alignments, and earthwork calculations.
- Prepare construction quantity takeoffs, subdivision layouts, supporting calculations, and permitting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external clients, and perform both field work and office-based design tasks.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
- Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 5 years of experience of civil site/CADD design experience
Benefits:
- Package: $100,000 - $130,000 approximate range.
- Compensation: Competitive salary with an annual bonus structure (details shared during offer stage).

- Time Off: PTO based on experience level—3 weeks for junior staff, 4 for mid-level, and 5 for senior roles.
