Water/Wastewater Service Leader

Join a nationally recognized ENR Top Design Firm as a Service Lead - Water/Wastewater. This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow the water/wastewater practice, managing water/wastewater projects, mentoring engineers, and driving innovative solutions in lift stations, pump stations, and plant work.

The job:

• Lead the water/wastewater engineering team, helping grow the practice.
• Manage municipal and private sector projects, including water treatment, wastewater collection, and distribution system improvements.
• Support & mentor engineers and project managers, fostering a collaborative and empowering team culture.
• Serve as a technical expert, reviewing work for accuracy and guiding professional development of junior staff.
• Work closely with local agencies, municipalities, and internal divisions to coordinate project execution.
• Drive business development efforts, building client relationships and expanding the firms water/wastewater market presence.

Benefits

• Approximate salary range of $170,000 - $220,000, plus bonus & company profit share scheme.

What they need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE)
• 10 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
