Traffic Team Leader

We have an opportunity for a Traffic Team Leader to guide and expand a growing traffic engineering practice. This role offers the chance to shape the direction of the traffic engineering group while delivering impactful solutions that elevate safety, mobility, and infrastructure performance.

The job:

• Lead and deliver traffic engineering projects across scope, schedule, and budget
• Oversee, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary project team
• Manage multiple clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships
• Support business development, proposal preparation, and opportunity identification
• Conduct and lead technical traffic analyses for highways, arterials, and multimodal facilities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and high-quality project deliverables
• Develop MOT concepts, staging, and plans for construction
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, bids, and funding documentation

What they need?

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed PE.
• 12 years of experience in traffic engineering.
