The job:
- Lead the development and management of environmental planning projects under NEPA and SEPA for complex transportation initiatives, including roadway, port, and coastal infrastructure.
- Projects are with DOT and municipalities.
- Prepare environmental compliance documents.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and sub-consultants.
- Guide project development efforts, including scope creation, budgeting, scheduling, and proposal preparation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to planning and technical staff, managing workloads, establishing priorities, and resolving project challenges.
Benefits
- Compensation: $145,000 - $185,000 approximate range.
- Compensation: Competitive salary with an annual bonus structure (details shared during offer stage).
- Ownership: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) begins after one year, with full vesting at five years—targeting 10% annual growth.
- Time Off: PTO based on experience level—3 weeks for junior staff, 4 for mid-level, and 5 for senior roles.
