This role involves fabrication, assembly, and installation of ductwork and sheet metal components for commercial and residential HVAC systems. This position is ideal for skilled trade workers with hands‑on sheet metal experience who can work independently on job sites. Reliable personal transportation is required. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components according to project specifications Install HVAC ductwork on construction job sites Measure, cut, and shape metal materials accurately Read and interpret plans, layouts, and basic blueprints Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely Support HVAC system installation and repairs Ensure proper fit, alignment, and secure installation of ductwork Follow job site safety rules and company procedures Maintain a clean, organized work area Work collaboratively with HVAC technicians and other trades Requirements Previous experience as a sheet metal worker, sheet metal carpenter, or similar trade Ductwork experience for HVAC systems REQUIRED Knowledge of fabrication and assembly techniques Ability to read measurements and follow plans Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, climbing, standing for long periods) Must have reliable personal transportation Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused Ability to work outdoors and on active construction sites Ability to pass required background screening What We Offer $18–$24/hour, based on experience Immediate work opportunities Temp‑to‑hire potential Consistent, full‑time hours Local job site assignments Competitive pay for skilled trade work
