This role does not require full journeyman‑level masonry experience. Training is provided, making this a strong opportunity for candidates with general construction, masonry, brick, block, or concrete experience who want to develop specialized skills. Candidates with prior masonry or brick experience are strongly encouraged to apply, but motivated individuals willing to learn will be considered. Key Responsibilities Assist with building and restoring residential chimneys Lay brick and masonry materials under supervision Mix mortar and assist with masonry prep work Repair or rebuild damaged chimney structures Measure, cut, and align materials accurately Follow job site safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a crew on residential job sites Requirements Reliable personal transportation is REQUIRED Drivers License Construction, masonry, brick, block, or similar hands‑on experience is a plus Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, kneeling, climbing, standing for extended periods) Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused Ability to pass required background screening What We Offer $16–$20/hour based on experience On‑the‑job training provided Temp‑to‑hire opportunity Steady, full‑time work Skill development in specialized chimney construction Local job site assignments
