As an Operations Clerk, you’ll support branch operations through data analysis, billing accuracy, and customer account resolution. This role offers stability, training, and the potential to transition into a full-time position with advancement opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Process orders in SAP and ensure billing accuracy
- Investigate and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies
- Cleanse and analyze data for integrity
- Collaborate with teams and customers to resolve issues
- Support multiple business units with efficiency and precision
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma 3 years’ experience OR bachelor’s degree
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
