Job Summary
Our client is looking for Equipment Technicians to support semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a mechanical or technical background seeking to build a career in a high-tech, cleanroom environment. Comprehensive training will be provided on advanced mechanical and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Document process data and equipment activities accurately
- Follow cleanroom safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Technical or mechanical experience (work, military, or vocational training)
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows environment); ability to pass technical assessment
- Ability to work in a cleanroom wearing full PPE
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED
Schedule & Additional Requirements
- Compressed 12-hour shift schedule
- Multiple shifts available
