HirePower is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role is essential in supporting patient well-being and ensuring quality care in a professional healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting.
- Assist patients under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Document care provided according to unit guidelines.
- Maintain patient environment and equipment, reporting issues promptly.
- Support unit quality monitoring activities.
- Complete the required CNA continuing education hours.
What We Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a State of Michigan–approved CNA Training Course.
- Active CNA Certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 90 days of hire).
- Driver's license - State of Michigan (required upon hire)
- Skilled facility and long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to lift/move patients and equipment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
Other Information
- Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
- Weekend rotation
