Job Description
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the process.
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
