Schedule: Weekend Shift, 7:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, 11:00pm to 7:00am

Position Requirements

• Front desk operations
• Resident and guest check-in/check-out procedures
• Visitor management
• Access control and key/fob management
• Package and mail handling
• Work order and maintenance request coordination
• Phone and multi-line switchboard operation
• Scheduling appointments and amenities
• Property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Email and calendar management
• Data entry and recordkeeping
• Incident reporting and documentation
• Security monitoring (CCTV and access systems)
• Emergency response procedures
• Concierge reservation systems
• Vendor and contractor coordination
• Basic office equipment operation (printer, scanner, copier)
