Pay: $21/hour

Experience: 1 to 2 years of residential leasing experience.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm

Job Description

• Lease residential and commercial properties to prospective tenants, guiding them through the process.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Complete post-lease administrative tasks, ensuring smooth tenant transitions.
• Conduct property tours, providing detailed information to potential renters.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Create and execute dynamic marketing campaigns and host events to attract and engage tenants.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Flexibility to work weekends as required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
