About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that create long-term value. You will receive product and industry training from our experienced sales teams while taking an active role in developing new business and strengthening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to support long-term account growth.
- Engage with customers to understand application needs and recommend appropriate rubber product solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into deliverable solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, manage follow-ups, and drive opportunities through the full sales cycle to close.
- Manage pipeline activity, customer communications, and sales documentation within ERP/CRM systems.
- Provide responsive, high-quality customer service to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or industrial/technical sales environments.
- Strong consultative selling skills with experience in relationship-based sales.
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and presentation abilities.
- Confidence in prospecting, qualifying leads, and advancing sales opportunities through the pipeline.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and effective follow-through.
- Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, engineered components, or technical sales environments.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems for managing sales activity and customer relationships.
