Director of Finance
The Director of Finance is responsible for the oversight of the day‐to‐day accounting operations, the monthly close process, financial statement preparation, analyses, regulatory reporting, as well as the strategic financial planning and reporting. The position requires knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). The Director of Finance is a key member of the organization’s leadership team.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all core accounting functions, including cash management, billing and collections, accounts payable, general ledger activities, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Monitor and prepare weekly cash flow projections while coordinating intercompany fund movements.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and supporting reports in accordance with GAAP and established close timelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of intercompany reconciliations and related compliance activities.
- Handle statutory and regulatory reporting requirements, including local tax filings and business compliance obligations.
- Partner with external auditors during annual audits by providing required schedules, documentation, and audit support.
- Maintain and strengthen internal control processes to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop annual budgets, forecasts, strategic plans, and periodic business performance reviews.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, operational efficiencies, and scalable financial systems.
- Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a strong and collaborative finance team.
- Support special projects and take on additional responsibilities aligned with organizational goals.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial leadership roles.
- At least 3 years of people management or supervisory experience within finance or accounting.
- Strong business acumen with solid financial and operational analysis skills.
